Cancellation

Please note that the orders once placed can’t be cancelled. However under some unusual circumstances, we might allow you to cancel your order. Please send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the cancellation and we’ll get back to you. Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. There will be some cancellation charges (processing fees charged by credit card company, etc) that will apply. Also note that if the order has already been shipped then we won’t be able to cancel the order.
